La Nucía Summer Cup» is presented

This Monday morning saw the official presentation of La Nucía Summer Cup, a sporting event organised by MFC, La Nucía Town Council and CF La Nucía, which will bring a top level triangular football tournament to the town.

The teams will play against each other on 20, 23 and 26 July at the Estadi Olímpic Camilo Cano. Football fans will be able to enjoy the matches at a price starting from 10 euros.

The presentation ceremony was attended by Andrés Roldan, manager of MFC, Bernabé Cano, Mayor of La Nucia, Vicente Valaguer CEO of CF La Nucia.

Our manager Andrés Roldán highlighted:

«The aim is to turn La Nucia into an international destination for football stages and meetings. This tournament is the first step and in the future with the new facilities we are building we will have more tournaments and training camps for top European teams. We have called it «La Nucía Summer Cup» because our aim is to have a Winter Cup in winter».

This event is part of the project and the commitment to sports tourism for professional clubs in La Nucía, which with the new facilities «La Nucía Football Center» and next to the Ciudad Deportiva Camilo Cano, will host numerous professional teams and matches in the coming months.
