MFC ORGANISING THE INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S UNDER-19 TOURNAMENT LA NUCÍA

Following the success of the U-17 La Nucía International Men’s Tournament a few days ago, the U-19 La Nucía International Women’s Tournament will kick off on Thursday 16th February.

The event, which will bring together teams from Norway, Sweden, France, Italy, Denmark, Spain, Switzerland, Germany, England and the Netherlands, will be organised by MFC, La Nucía Town Council, the Norwegian Federation and CF La Nucía.

The event will serve as an exceptional stepping stone for the 2nd qualifying round which will take place from 1st to 11th April and will decide the 7 teams that will play the final phase of the U19 European Championship which will take place in Belgium from 18th to 30th July.

The teams will play each other over three days on 16, 18 and 21 February at La Nucía Football Center, Estadi Olímpic Camilo Cano and Meliá Villaitana. The matches will all be open to the public.

This event is part of the project and the commitment to sports tourism for professional clubs in La Nucía with the new facilities “La Nucía Football Center” and the Ciudad Deportiva Camilo Cano.
