Marbella, home of women’s football in February

Marbella Football Center will organise some events in Marbella, home of women’s football during the month of February. Every year at this time, many clubs and federations usually visit Marbella Football Center, but this year the growth has been remarkable.

A new event with senior national teams, another with U19 teams and a multitude of women’s clubs will make Marbella the epicentre of women’s football worldwide.

The senior event will bring a total of 5 federations: Faroe Islands, Northern Ireland, Switzerland, Austria and Romania.

The U19 event will bring 8 more federations: England, Finland, Norway, Germany, Denmark, France, Finland and Switzerland.

Recently up to 7 Scandinavian teams have been preparing in MFC and 10 more clubs are expected at the end of February.

All this will mean that only in February we will welcome 30 women’s teams, between national teams and clubs.
