GERMANY SENIOR WOMEN’S NATIONAL TEAM BEGINS TRAINING CAMP IN MFC

Germany’s Senior Women’s National team will arrive in MFC today to begin their training camp with a view to physically and technically fine-tuning their players for the World Cup to be played this summer in New Zealand and Australia.

The German national team, ranked number two by FIFA and one of the favourites to win the title in a few months’ time, will be in MFC until Sunday 19 February.

With Germany, there are now five senior women’s national teams at the MFC facilities preparing for the World Cup. In addition to the German team, Sweden, China, Switzerland and Ireland are the other national teams training on the Costa del Sol.
