Faroe Islands national team trains in La Quinta

The Faroe Islands national team had their second day training with Marbella Football Center today. The Faroese team will stay on the Costa del Sol until the 27th of March.

Their training venue is La Quinta Football Pitches, where they are taking advantage of the FIFA break to improve as a team. They are working on technical, tactical and group aspects.

The Faroe Islands Football Federation has once again chosen Marbella Football Center. After last year’s good experience, in which both the senior team and the U-21 team (which also played against Spain U-21) performed a training camp, they have decided to repeat the experience with Marbella Football Center.

On 4th June, the team will face Turkey in the first match of the UEFA Nations League League C. The Faroe Islands will try to reach the match in the best possible conditions. In addition to Turkey, Luxembourg and Lithuania complete the group.
