2 historical Russian football teams return to MFC

2 great teams from Russia will arrive to Marbella in the next few days to perform their Winter Break. On Thursday, January 14th, FC Lokomotiv Moscow and FC Rostov will land on the Costa del Sol.

With the aim of having a good preseason and taking advantage of the good weather conditions of Marbella, both teams will make 2 stays. They will train for 15 days in each of these stays. One will be from Thursday the 14th and the next during the month of February.

As they usually do every year, both teams will train for about a month on the Costa del Sol, specifically at Marbella Football Center.

Both teams arrive in different situations. Rostov is fifth, just one point behind the Europa League and five from the Champions League. For its part, “loko” is eighth, after falling in the last two Premier League duels.

For the return to the competition both will have complicated confrontations. On Saturday February 27th, our friends from Rostov will face our also friends from Zenit (current leader). Just a few hours later, Lokomotiv will host their CSKA neighbors (also a friend of Football Impact) at home.
